1. Clean out condenser coil as needed
2. Clean out minor debris around unit
3. Inspect electrical connections
4. Inspect safety controls
5. Inspect the contactor condition
6. Inspect blower wheel
7. Inspect evaporator coil (where accessible)
8. Clear out condensate drain line
9. Check for proper airflow
10. Sanitize/deodorize air handler cabinet
11. Check electrical connections for tightness
12. Check all capacitors
13. Check voltage and amps on all motors
14. Check thermostat functions
15. Check refrigerant pressures
16. Test defrost cycle (in heating season)
17. Test heat strips (in heating season)
18. Monitor heating cycle (in heating season)
19. Monitor cooling cycle (in cooling season)
20. Report any problems to the customer
